How Cannabis Fits Into Meditation Practices
There is a long historical partnership between marijuana and meditation but the history books don’t provide much detail, nor do we know exactly what people were smoking in the past (cannabis was a LOT less potent in the past than it is nowadays), ), so we should probably focus more on the current state of affairs.

Hey Marco, Thank you for the information. I happen to do exactly what you suggested. I always use a mild Indica, and I find that it's more than enough to get me to the place I need to be when I'm meditating. Sometimes the amount I ingest doesn't really affect me much, until I begin meditating, and then I find that I can have a much deeper and much more focused meditation than without cannabis.
